Why she said yes, I'll never understand, but 42 years later, and we're still going. We've had our moments, like any other couple, yet, somehow she stuck with and by me. We've produced 3 fine men, who have been successful in their lives, and their families. And we have 5 wonderful grandchildren, who we are proud of each day. But seriously, I am blessed to have married this hottie from Whitestone. We’ve had a good life. We’ve raised a good family. And now, we have our time. • 39 years of a life together – Thank You ♥♥♥ - 39 years ago, Rosanne Albanese from Whitestone, took a chance with this dude from the Point. When they say that life isn’t easy, they weren’t kidding. It isn’t for anyone, as we hurtle through space, spinning wildly, on this globe they call Earth. When you’re on a ride like that, you want it to be with someone who understands, and cares. One that wants many of the same things as you out of our lives. A family, pretty good health, and the ability to be comfortable. I lucked out, and we raised a wonderful family together. You are the best wife, mother, and friend a woman can be. Loving, kind, giving, caring. And strong enough to deal with me, and more. Thank you for taking a chance with that guy from the Point. • 37 years ago I became the luckiest man in the Point, when I married this hot chick from Whitestone, named Rosanne Albanese. Ahh, the things I did to win her over. I had my bank beeper, hair down to my shoulders, holes in my jeans, working midnight to 8, and her Nana telling her she’s crazy. I was irresistible. I think she really loved my yellow Ford Pinto. Fast forward 37 years, and we’ve produced 3 wonderful sons, who as men have created their own independent lives, with great careers, and families of their own. We’ve got 4 wonderful grandchildren, and a lifetime of memories to reflect upon. A normal life isn’t easy to maintain a marriage for such a long time, imagine one living with me. After all, It Ain’t Easy Being Me, and it’s ever more challenging being married to me. Thank you my dear Bacigalup. There’s no one I’d rather be quarantined with than you. • Today marks 36 years that I became the luckiest man in College Point or Whitestone. I married Rosanne Albanese. I often joke that ‘it ain’t easy being me’ (it ain’t no joke), but it REALLY can’t be easy being her married to me. The usual cliche of we’ve been through it all, doesn’t do justice to our life together. Marriage is not an easy experience, and it isn’t meant to be. Marriage is having a partner to live life with together, with a purpose. It takes commitment, communication, understanding and a LOT of patience, and forgiveness. We lost Rosanne’s mom a month before we got married. The family agreed that we go on, because it was part of the life experience, and Mom would have wanted it. We’ve had many challenges along our life together, that tested our commitment to each other, and to our family overall. We could have taken a few paths, but we worked together for the family. We have 3 wonderful sons, all successful, and caring for their own lives, and family. They are the direct product of Rosanne’s mothering, sacrifice and loving. We have 4 beautiful grandchildren, and hopes for many more. We’ve had a good life together, and we’ve had tough times together. We have much more life ahead of us, some happy, some sad. But, I find comfort knowing I have you to live through it with. Thank you my dear Bacigalup, for all your love, patience with me, and understanding. • Today marks the 35th wedding anniversary for me and my bride ♥♥♥- To say I’m a lucky man would be an understatement. Especially if you know me. They say Ro deserves a medal, or at least sainthood for what I’ve put her through. But, she’s a trooper. She made me the krazed man that I am today. We’ve been through a lot of shit together over 35 years, and she’s been by my side always. And, we still have crazy shit going on, and I have no doubt there’s plenty of more crazy shit planned for our future. But, you know what ? I got my Ro. We’ve handled it all together, and we will continue to do so. That’s all that really matters. She is an amazing mother that raised 3 fine young men. Each with their own families doing well, or well on their way to that, as our Johnny FjL recently got engaged to his wonderful sweetheart BmC. A loving grandmother, especially when given the chance. A friend, and consigliere to any family member or friend who needs help, or an ear to listen. When Rosanne Albanese said yes to my proposal, I became the luckiest man alive. I can only hope and pray for another 35 years with my beautiful, smart, loving, wonderful wife/mother/friend. My dear Bacigalup, I adore you. I love you Rosanne. • Today marks the 34th wedding anniversary for me and my bride. I couldn't believe it the first time, that this hot woman from Whitestone would fall for this dumb cluck from The Point, but she did. I married Rosanne Albanese, and we became best friends, and started our life together. She's a wonderful/loving/caring wife and loving/nurturing mother to 3 wonderful sons. Being a grandmother is the ultimate dream and joy for her, especially as our family grows. We've had the ups and downs that life throws us all, and we managed to get through it together. If there was a purple heart for a marriage, she'd be a deserving candidate. When I say 'it ain't easy being me', imagine what it must be like being married to me. THAT ISN'T EASY !!! Not only that, she ended up saying yes 2 more times, when she became my 2nd and 3rd wife in 1990, and 1999. I know life's not easy, and that we share pain together, but despite all that, I know it will be OK, because of her. My dear Bacigalup, I adore you. I love you. • It was 33 years ago that Rosanne Albanese made me the luckiest guy around. She agreed to marry me, and become my wife and mother to our children. What an experience it has been. It's safe to say we've lived a few life stories together. And I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. You think I'm a crazy bastard ? Imagine what she has tolerated or endured these several decades. You are an amazing individual, a loving wife, a wonderful nurturing mother, and lucky to be a grandmother. Your children exemplify your essence, in their own life stories now. • 32 years ago today, I began to fulfill a promise I made to my then future mother-in-law. A woman who was taken from us way too soon, and before we were married. I promised her that I would love and take good care of Rosanne forever. I adored her then, and now. I was the luckiest man alive to fall in love, and be accepted by Rosanne Albanese. We have been through a lot over the years. I'm a handful all by myself, I know that, and I don't think anyone else would, or could put up with me. I like to think I've been a good provider, husband, father, friend. I know I've tried and worked hard at it. I promised her the lap of luxury, and I delivered in spades. I moved her out of that shithole called Whitestone, to upscale College Point, (I call it West Malba). We have 3 amazing young men as adult children. Her mothering helped set them on their way to be responsible, independent, loving men, husbands and fathers, as they each begin their next chapters of their lives. I can only hope and pray we spend the rest of our lives together, for as ever long that may be, with you as my bride. Times have also been trying, full of choices and sacrifices for the family. And we have great challenges today, but there is no stronger partner I would want to be with, and to support each other during these times. • 31 years ago today, I married Rosanne Albanese. It's also 15 years since Father Ron showed up at our home, while we were in our PJs and we renewed our vows for the 3rd time. You see, I know how lucky I am, because I married this pretty girl from Whitestone 3 times. Of course each time it was to bless a replacement wedding band that she kept losing, but I digress... Maybe that was an indication for the wild journey we were on called our marriage. We've raised 3 successful young men, who were loved and mentored by one of the most caring, loving and giving individuals on the planet. It's been a hard road, and I am quite surprised that Rosanne hasn't killed me by now. Our family continues to grow, and now we have JaJo in our lives to add new chapters to our story. • 30 years ago today, I married Rosanne Albanese. It was a move up for this skinny kid from College Point, and I have been thankful ever since. I married a beautiful, loving, caring woman. A woman who is vivacious and comfortable in her skin. Funny, sexy, intelligent, and close with nature. We have a wonderful family that we are very proud of. Three fine young men, each an excellent example of what a mature man should be for these times. The boys are successful and strong, independent individuals with fantastic core values. Their relationship with their mother is a testament to her love and teachings. We have a beautiful new daughter-in-law, and a beautiful, handsome and adorable new grandson. We've built this family together as one, and I love you more with each passing day, Rosanne. It has also been a long, winding, and sometimes difficult road. What 30 odd year relationship wouldn't be. We've been tested and we've pushed forward. Just saying I adore you isn't descriptive enough. I'm the first to admit that I'm quite a handful, but we've gotten through it all together and you've always understood me. Don't ever lose hope in me, or in my ability to love you. Know that I am here for you, and my heart is with you at all times. I want to grow older with you, my beautiful bride, by my side always.

Today marks 26 years that I've been married to the former Rosanne Albanese. For those that know me well, give Rosanne a tremendous amount of credit for putting up with me. I am a handful, to put it mildly. But you know what, the same people who know us well will tell you, that we were made for each other. There's something about our relationship that  has allowed us to endure the challenges, and tribulations that life has to offer us each day. It's not been easy at times, but nothing worthwhile ever is. I Love her with all my heart, then, now and forever. I Love You Rosanne with all my heart, then, now and forever. I wouldn't trade any part of the last 26 years for anything else (really ?, really !). We've raised a loving family with 3 fine young men, prepared to face their life's challenges. All due to your constant and direct attention to them and us. Even hard times that bring things to the brink helped to form our special bonds. There are many of them, allowing us to be pulled, and twisted at times, but deeply connected always. Any time with my bride is the best time for me. Happy Anniversary Rosanne !!! Today is my 24th wedding anniversary. Although that sounds like a long time, it does go by fast. Oh sure, we've had some bumps along the way, but I wouldn't want to have spent it with anyone else. To say I love my wife doesn't really say it all either. I love being with my wife Rosanne. She's my best friend as well. And, she's pretty cool to hang out with. We have 3 wonderful sons together, and they would not be the men they are, if it were not for her, and her mentoring of these 3 incredible individuals. Thank You Rosanne, for putting up with me.
