Great news with Frank. We got home by about 1:00pm. Things went well, operation took less time than expected. Surgeon, Dr Dolan found and removed a fatty tumor mass near the knee cap. He believes this should resolve his problems. Frank did great in recovery, all the staff were nice, and helpful. Here are the pics from this long day @Flickr. Get well Frank. We love you very much. You did real good today son.

Joe was at the Ray Kelly NYPD press conference covering today's terror alert. He helped set things up for the NYPD. He made the news broadcast tonight, and they ran several times. Checkout the pic of my boy with the commissioner. Here's some video of Joe standing behind Ray Kelly.

My Presidential run is announced.

Me and my honey just got back from Beijing and the Olympics. We worked our butts off, and nearly came in 4th in twirling. All in all, we are quite satisfied with our performance. NBC refuses to acknowledge twirling, so all you have is the video we took.

I also participated in the 17 story high dive free fall.
