bulletA2 (the newest Jersey Gurl) sent this highly emotional site address along. You need to have speakers, 7 minutes of viewing time, and a box of tissues handy to appreciate this one. It is extremely touching tribute to those lost in the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks. http://angels-support.uk-archangels.co.uk/special/tribute.swf
bulletSo New York City elected a new Mayor on Tuesday. We will sorely miss Rudy Giuliani, and only hope he doesn't go too far away from us. They say that Rudy's endorsement of Mike Bloomberg is what allowed him to get elected, which is a good thing for New York. What is unfortunate is that it took Rudy's handling of the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks for the majority of NYC citizens to finally realize the character of the man that was their Mayor for 8 years prior to the attacks. How he responded to the attacks is no different than the way he conducted every moment of his tenure. From the first day we came to know him, he was only concerned for what was best for this city, it's citizens and it's workers. Every adult should live their lives the way Rudy conducted himself. And that is to consider others in each decision made, and how it will affect the future. To not bow to pressure from special interests, or 'squeeky wheels', but to consider the larger picture. To not be afraid to make diffcult, or unpopular decisions, but to make the right decisions. God Bless America, God Bless New York City, and God Bless Rudy Giuliani. (11/8/01)
bulletToday my middle boy is 15, what a fine young man he has become. I Love You Joe - Happy Birthday.
bulletToday is also my AJ's birfday. Enjoy your special day, enjoy the calamari, and especially enjoy the car ride home this evening with Uncle Dong.
bulletA2, one of Jersey City's newest occupants shared this fine photo with us. We call it "They Do Grow On Trees'. Now we know what is on her mind. I should add that I showed this to my Mom, and she thinks I may be a product of this tree. (11/7/01)
bulletHad our annual Halloween costume / birthday party Saturday. Celebrated birthdays for Frank and Joe. All went very well. We even had the TwinTowers represented, as well as an anthrax laden package, and an infected postal worker. Enjoy the photos.
bulletIf you recall last year around Christmas, we posted a new and improved Gracielle, showing off her new puppies. Well, this is the latest update, and as you can see, she fills out her blouse rather nicely. (10/28/01)
bulletOur newest dotcommie (DF) has provided us with 2 interesting questions to ponder. They are :
  1. There are two men--both extremely wealthy. One develops relatively cheap software and gives hundreds of millions of dollars to charity. The other sponsors terrorism. That being the case, why is it that the U.S. Government has spent more money chasing down Bill Gates over the past ten years than Osama bin Laden? It is a strange turn of events.
  2. Hillary gets $8 Million for her forthcoming memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir. This from two people who have spent the past 8 years being unable to recall anything about past events!!
bulletLet's welcome RyanM (also known as 'Brother Man') to the fold. His first donation is a beaut. Seems that Osama likes to frequent what we reference as Mark meat when he isn't busy preparing to wreak havoc on America. Somehow he manages to spend time with some primo US Lane Bryant companionship, but thanks to the FBI 10 Most Wanted flyers, he was captured. Hey GW, send over the Special Forces so we can exercise proper justice on this knucklehead. Good work RyanM. You did us proud.
bulletA2 sent this ditty over from her new hideout in Jersey City. We call it Do your patriotic duty.
bulletOur 'Demented JoeC' provided us with this educational material out of the Afghan training program. It gives us some insight into the minds of the so called terrorsists. Let's call this 'Training for Allah'
bulletThe elusive Sail Capri checked in with this submission. One sharp General here ...

Marine Corps General Reinwald was interviewed on the radio and you should read his reply to the lady who
interviewed him concerning guns and children. Regardless of how you feel about gun laws - he firmly puts her back in
her box!!!! This is one of the best comeback lines of all time. It is a portion of a National Public Radio (NPR)
interview between a female broadcaster and US Marine Corps General Reinwald who was about to sponsor a Boy
Scout Troop visiting his military installation.

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: So, General Reinwald, what things are you going to teach these young boys when they
visit your base?
GENERAL REINWALD: We're going to teach them climbing, canoeing, archery, and shooting.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Shooting! That's a bit irresponsible, isn't it?
GENERAL REINWALD: I don't see why, they'll be properly supervised on the rifle range.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Don't you admit that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching children?
GENERAL REINWALD: I don't see how. We will be teaching them proper rifle discipline before they even touch a
firearm.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER: But you're equipping them to become violent killers.
GENERAL REINWALD: Well, you're equipped to be a prostitute, but you're not one, are you?

The radio went silent and the interview ended. (10/27/01)

bulletA2 sent over these letters. One is an open letter to Osama, and the other reminds everyone what being an American is all about. I call it Stand Up America. Thanks A2 and A1 and God Bless you both and your husbands for the work and dedication they have taken on, as two of our hero American firefighters still working at ground zero.
bulletET checked in with this slideshow he received from our friends at 'whatever they call themselves' this year. It is a powerpoint slideshow message from Boeing to Osama and his merry band of idiots. It's about 400k, but well worth the time to download. (10/18/01)
bulletOur demented JoeC forwarded this link along. It is an aerial view of ground zero. Pretty amazing site. Save the jpg and do some zoom to really appreciate the rubble.
bulletThe elusive Sail Capri checked in with this one. Seems he was doing some local shopping and came across this person. Meanwhile our Special Forces are on the other side of the world, looking for this knucklehead..., or shall I say 'dickhead'

bulletThis link is to a Webshots site that contains a wide variety of private photo collections. Besides there being a wide range of topics, some of the folks have some interesting photos of the WTC attack. Some are also from news and federal agencies as well. bulletI received the following 'Priceless' image from quite a few folks, to name a few DL, AG and DMAC252. Perhaps if we drop a few million flags, and gasoline, they can take care of our problem all by themselves. Thanks guys/gals... (10/12/01)
bulletWell, can you believe it's been a month since the worst thing never imagined happened ? I don't feel any better. In fact, I feel worse. I'm glad we are 'striking back'. We should be finished by now. There should have been one bomb. Very big. Very final. No one will ever fuck with us again. It needs to be that way. If not for something as 'whatever' as this, then what for ? But it won't happen, so we're fucked. Our enemies must fear us. God Bless America. Never Forget 9-11-01. (10/11/01)
bulletI found this up on eBay. This NYC artist wants everyone to have his flag design. I think it's great. God Bless America. Pass it on... (10/10/01)

bulletThis interesting piece was submitted by the Big Guy (WFP). Good to see he still likes rock... Written by Ted Nugent, the rock singer and hunter/naturalist, upon hearing that California Senators B. Boxer and D. Feinstein denounced him for being a "gun owner" and a "Rock Star". This was his response after telling the senators about his past contributions to children's charities and scholarship foundations which have totaled more than $13.7 million in the last 5 years!! bulletAJ forwarded this novel idea on how to deal with Osama. (10/7/01)

How to exact justice for Osama Bin Laden's crimes:

Killing him will only create a martyr. Holding him prisoner will
inspire his comrades to take hostages to demand his release.

Therefore, I suggest we do neither.

Let the CIA, Rangers, Seals or whoever covertly captures him, fly him
to an undisclosed hospital and have surgeons quickly perform a
complete sex change operation.

Then return 'her' to Afghanistan to live under the Taliban.

bulletThere is absolutely nothing that I can say that could ever come close to my feelings on the recent attacks on America at the NYC World Trade Center. I had to go to our Jersey City data center that morning, so I was able to watch the event unfold from a short distance away. Besides some of the nightmares I have been having, it was the most scariest moment of my life, and I've been through some scary shit.I fully support our local and federal govenments in their handling of this matter and feel we can all benefit if we look to them for leadership and guidance on how to react. We would all like nothing better than to nuke these bastards, but I think the way they have been headed is proper. We all need to be more security conscious as we go about our daily routines, and there is nothing wrong with 'profiling' to limit the folks we need to check a bit. After all, why look for a California blonde, if the enemy is a Middle Eastern man, with black hair and eyes. Why stop a Honda, if you are looking for someone in a truck ? Hey, just start with folks who buy one-way tickets. I have received some great material since the attack, and now that flags are back at full mast, we'll take the cue and try to get back to some sort of life that is closer to what it was before the attacks, although life will never be the same for any of us. (9/30/01)

God Bless America

bulletJD checked in with this animated gif she put together in memory of those lost. Great work -- thanks

bulletHere's a great depiction of the region after we have taken matters into our own hands. If you act now, you should be able to acquire some of this great waterfront real estate.
bulletThere are a lot of folks who took photos of the attack, and aftermath. A lot of posted their images on their perosnal pages, and this yahoo search will lead you to some of those sites. Very moving images, with a variety of persepctive. http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=wtc+photos
bulletI'm working on a WTC specific image page that will represent some of the good, and a lot of the evil from that day. We must never forget how vile this act was, and these images should serve as a reminder to all Americans, that we are all togehter, and any of the petty differences we may have had should be put aside as we work together to eliminate this evil, destructive attitude.(9/30/01)
bulletThis is for my new PEZ friend - BC, from Fontana. Here are photos of the Bill Clinton I Am Pezident wobbler. Photo 1 and Photo 2. I tend to not keep this page updated with any regularity. bulletIf you are shopping for school uniforms this year, stay away from a joint called Greens Uniform Company, in College Point. Apparently, in a Soup Nazi sort of way, you have to wait on the 'white' tiles before being serviced. And if you don't, you get berated. Stay tuned for price cuts, if this continues. (9/6/01)
bulletGot an email from EJK today. If you remember we had a farewell party for some friends back in Feb. 2000 , when we found out that Paul M. was apparently gay. We also thought that EJ (there was no K in her name then) was going to marry another lady, but that was unfounded, anyway, I digress. Anywho, she forwarded a photo of an old friend EW, who apparently may have taken the same road as Paul M. Check out this photo, our boy is in the center, and you tell me what you think about the bloke in the blue shirt and our friend.... (9/4/01)

bulletOur Factors boy TV, checked in with this little amusing tale. Am sure you will relate to it. I know I do, since my recent altercation at our favorite Monday haunt, and the Boyz remind me now each week.

Italian Philosophy

Little Guido was sitting on a park bench munching on one candy bar after another.

After the 6th one... a man on the bench across from him said, "Son, you know eating all that candy isn't good for you. It will give you acne, rot your teeth,& make you fat."

Little Guido replied, "My grandfather lived to be 107 years old."

The man asked, "Did your grandfather eat 6 candy bars at a time?"

Little Guido answered, "No, he minded his own fucking business"

bulletOur GrumpyVP checked in with this submission. Apparently she is not happy with the results of Casual Friday, and has provided the this example as evidence to support it being eliminated. Considering this image, she might be right. (7/30/01)
bulletMy Dad came across this photo from 1951 of the Feast of St.Anthony on East 106th street in East Harlem. I remember going to these feasts growing up and it was an awesome event. It was especially moving to be in the crowd as the huge towering staue was carried down the streets. If you look close there is a band that sits on the statue the whole time. There were special Italian songs that they played, and an amazing display of teamwork as they 'bounced' the statue to the songs.
bulletThe Big Guy (WFP) checked in with this one. It had a different caption, and I took the liberty to adjust slightly. Now titled, 'Where's my gum ?'
bulletThe big guy from above (WFP again) also provided this amusing little ditty. If you get offended by religious humor, tough shit, get a life, and chill out a bit. We'll call this one Sipping Vodka. (7/12/01)

bulletMy Godfather gave us all a scare recently when he checked himself into a hospital. Thank God all is OK. He ended up with 3 new additions to his body that should keep him with us for some time to come. Take care Zeke, and follow that doctor's advice. You'll have some great-grandchildren in a few years (No, I don't know anything you don't, but it's a pretty safe bet in our family), you'll want to stick around to bounce them on your knee. (6/27/01)
bulletThis article was in the NY Post today, so I guess this is how the Safra murder mystery ends up. Should make an interesting movie, don't you think ? How much would 2 years of your life be worth ? (6/26/01)
bulletA1 checked in with a photo that explains why women don't let men bathe the children. When will women learn we do this shit so they leave us alone? Thanks A1
bulletKeith and I visited RC, our psycho bus driver friend who's spending some quality time in the hospital these days. As usual, he's hitting on every women at NSUH. Our prayers are with you my boy. We even got our boy Krumb on the speaker phone to cheer the boy up a bit. Of course that got us yelled at for using a cell phone in a hospital, but hey, a vist from the boyz usually ends up with one of us in trouble anyway. The Boyzz plan to visit en masse soon.
bulletWhile visiting our boy, we found out some interesting information on the private life of nurse J. She's a 'biker-chick' and a church-goer, which can only mean she's fun....Hey Ralphie, be sure and get her number on the way out of there...

bulletRemember that company that caused me all that grief during 1999 ? Remember the incompetent rat bastards fired all of us ? Well get this, these pitiful SOB's had the nerve to send me (us) not one, but two, 'Dear Employee' letters. Announcing their new global brand and new global message. And can you guess what the message is that they want to communicate to all of their clients , and potential clients ? Well it reads - ' CSC - Go Ahead, we're listening.' Well listen to this - I don't work for you any more. How are you going to attract new business if you can't even purge your stupid marketing database of terminated employees. bulletStraight from today's headlines. You don't suppose the F-16 was an escort for a mail transport vehicle, carrying ballots, do you ??? (11/16/00)

Thursday November 16 6:33 PM ET
F-16 Collides with Small Plane in Florida

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter on a military
training mission collided with a small civilian aircraft near Sarasota, Florida,
on Thursday, a Pentagon (news - web sites) spokesman said.

The pilot of the military jet ejected safely, and a board of officers will
investigate the incident, according to Defense Department spokesman Lt.
David Gai.

Gai had no information on the condition of those aboard the civilian Cessna
172 aircraft after the mid-air collision around 4 p.m.

The F-16 was flying with another military jet about 20 miles from MacDill Air
Force Base near Florida's western coast, Gai said.

Tallahasee is on the west coast of Florida, and planes are delivering critical ballots.....

MSNBC pictures showed pieces of fuselage from the light plane scattered
over a golf course and the wreckage of the military plane burning fiercely in
nearby woodland.

bulletYou're not going to believe this, but I just realized that I 'think', no I'm positive, I voted in the wrong state. I meant to vote in Florida, but NY officials prevented me from getting out of NYC, due to some 'alleged' airport problems. They also claim that since I never purchased a ticket, I wasn't 'entitled' to get on a plane to Florida. I have a call in to Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, because I think they only said that because they knew I was a registered Republican. I never told them that, so there must be some secret list that they checked my name against. I think I have a good case of Civil Rights abuse. My vote should count, and since it was mis-cast in NY, it didn't.
bulletConsidering all the crap going on with the Florida ballot, I figure it's time to re-post the Bill of No Rights . We need to remind ourselves that life in America ain't about what we can get for free and we have responsibilities that are necessary in order for us to maintain a great democracy. (11/12/00)
bulletET checked in with this submission and it's clear to me anyway that this whole Florida ballot brouhaha is much ado about nothing. I see no confusion here, and it would seem to me that it is very clear what hole to punch to cast your vote. Personally, I think Florida has done an admirable job in aiding our more senior citizens, considering their poor eyesight problems. Then to consider that a Democrat designed the ballot, only lends credence to the notion that only Democrats care about the elderly. (11/10/00)
bulletBut seriously, this here is a photo of the actual Florida Ballot. Take a look at it and be honest. You would have to be an idiot not to be able to use this. How the media gets away even bringing this up, without laughing about it is beyond me. As a matter of fact, I think that's the problem. The media needs something, and instead of them going to find something, they, like VP Al Gore, embellish upon what is near at hand. So when this little doozy came along, they floated it around, the American idiots (people) bought into it, and voila, you got a 'scandal'. We need to exercise our freedom of expression and TURN THE NEWS OFF. No viewers, no money, no money, they'll show something worth showing us. We got the power, we just gotta exercise it instead of rolling over like sheep.

I don't know if you've heard, but starting 1-1-2001 you will no longer be able to use a cell phone while driving unless you have a "hands free" adapter. I went to Radio Shack and they wanted $50 for a hands free adapter!!! I have managed to get hold of some "off brand" units and was wondering if you are interested. These kits are compatible with any mobile phone and one size fits all. I paid $8.00 each for buying in quantity.

I'm selling them for $10.00. I tried them out on Erisson, Motorola and Nokia phones and they worked perfectly. 3 for $25.....

Redneck Bubba died in a fire and was burnt pretty bad and the morgue needed someone to identify the body. So his two best friends, Daryl and Gomer, were sent for.

Darryl went in and the mortician pulled back the sheet. Darryl said,"Yup, he's burnt pretty bad. Roll 'im over." So the mortician rolled him over and Darryl looked and said, "Nope, ain't Bubba." The mortician thought that was rather strange. Then he brought Gomer in identify the body. Gomer took a look at him and said, "Yup, he's burnt real bad, roll 'im over." The mortician rolled him over and Gomer looked down and said, "No,'tain't Bubba."

The mortician, whose curiosity had gotten the better of him, asked, "How can you tell?" Gomer said, "Well, Bubba had two assholes." "What??" exclaimed the mortician. "He had two assholes??" "Yup, ever'one in town knew he had two assholes. Ever' time we went to town, folks would all say, "Here comes Bubba with them two assholes."

When Jane initially met Tarzan of the jungle, she was instantly attracted to him. During her questions about his life, she asked him how he had sex.

"Tarzan not know sex" he replied.

After her explanation of the word sex, Tarzan said "oh, Tarzan use hole in trunk of tree." Horrified, Jane said, "Tarzan you have it all wrong, but I will show you how to do it properly." She took off her clothes and laid down on the ground. "Here", she said, "you must put it here".

Tarzan removed his loincloth, stepped closer, and then gave her an almighty kick in the crotch. Jane rolled around in agony. Eventually she managed to overcome the pain and said, "why did you do that"?

His reply was, "Tarzan check for bees".

bulletOur impressive First Lady had one of her visions recorded today in the New York Post. Responding to the recent Wendy's massacre in Flushing, she was quoted as saying :

Three women had a very late night drinking. They left in the early morning hours and went home their separate ways. The next day, they all met and compared notes about who was drunker the night before.

The first girl claims that she was the drunkest saying, " I drove straight home and walked into the house. As soon as I got through the door, I blew chunks."

The second said, "You think that was drunk? Hell, I got into my car and wrapped my car around the first tree I saw. I don't even have insurance!".

The third proclaimed, "Damn, I was the drunkest by far. When I got home, I got into a big fight with my husband, knocked a candle over, and burned the whole house down!".

The room was silent for a moment. Then, the first girl spoke out again, "Listen girls, I don't think you understand. Chunks is my dog."

To the end they were incapable of even communicating accurate information. Each piece of information they passed along to us, was wrong in some way shape or form. She proclaims "I want to join your biker club". The guy was amused and told her that she needed to meet certain biker requirements before she was allowed to join. So the biker asks her "You have a bike?" The little old lady says "Yea, thats my Harley over there" and points to a Harley parked in the driveway. The biker asks her "Do you smoke?" The little old lady says "Yea, I smoke. I smoke 4 packs of cigarettes a day and a couple of cigars while I'm shooting pool". The biker is impressed and asks "Well, have you ever been picked up by the Fuzz?".

The little old lady says "No, I've never been picked up by the fuzz, but I've been swung around by my nipples".

Visit Steve's Hot Wheels Collectibles - I Buy, Sell and Trade Hot Wheels. Click my email links to send me email. I look forward to hearing from you.

Visit Frank Leone Rare Coins, Inc. All coins on this web page are conservatively graded and in choice condition unless clearly described as otherwise. With links to Frank's auctions on E-Bay.

Please visit D. A. MacPherson Guitar Works. Where you can find "Affordable Fine Handcrafted Guitars". Repair, setup, adjustments on acoustic and electric guitars.
Most of what I'll post will be in Adobe Acrobat .pdf form, so it is easily viewed by all. If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat reader, please follow this link to download it.
