Things are starting to pick up steam at NJ2. New grid is up, tile cuts, and Koldlocks in place. Our first delivery of 18 57RU racks are in. Yes, they're white, and there's 97 more coming next week. First time for us. It won't be so dark when we have 12 rows of 18 racks that are over 9 feet in place. Office/storage room will be framed out tomorrow. Supplies are showing up and that's our Life Cycle Manager, CD who takes up just 1/2 of a rack ... |

Got my 35 year anniversary letter from Irene, and selected my gift. The 35 year anniversary jeweled pin. There was a time when you always received the jeweled pin, no matter what other gift you selected, now, it's one of the gifts. Had to get it, to complete my collection of all years, even though the first 20 were with Republic. But I have the 5,10,15,20,25,30 year pins, so I had to get this one, as it most likely will be my last. I doubt I'll make 40 years. |

| If you recall, Ro bought this self contained eco system 11 years ago. There were a few shrimp in there and all it requires is a good place to stay with natural light. Check out the decent pic of one of the shrimp. Well, it got shattered tonight by a picture that fell off the wall in the bathroom. Only one shrimp was left, but it was doing pretty good. FjL graduated John Jay College, with Cum Laude honors today. That means I'm done paying school tuition bills and can start using the money for new Pez and toys for myself. FjL makes us proud everyday of his life. He has matured into a fine young man. He's smart, witty, caring, and compassionate. Once he sets his mind to do something, there's nothing stopping him. He's a Godfather to JaJo and an excellent uncle, and best friend to his brothers as well. His relationship with his mother is special and one we are very proud of. He has a great girlfriend, BmG who brings out the best in him. Up next, he enters the FDNY Academy in July, and will surely make one of the bravest to join the ranks of NYC firefighters. Congratulations son, you have made us the proudest, happiest parents and we wish you nothing but happiness and a fulfilled life ahead... I love you with all my heart !!! |
